Default Getting out of the 150's!

Hello weight loss friends! I have just posted in the getting out of the 160's thread that I am done and into the 150's! I saw there was no recent thread for tracking this progress, so thought I'd start my own!

I am 5'1" and currently at 159.2lbs. I started at 173.5lbs and am hoping to get somewhere between 115 and 120lbs (whenever my body feels healthy!)

If you are in the 150's and are trying to escape them then come join me and we'll do it together!

Hi there! Well, I'm currently at 153.9. Started out last June at 200.4 So, I'm hoping to get out of the 150's, although the loss, although still happening, has slowed down. So I hope to be in the 140's around May or June. I haven't chosen a goal yet, but I'm thinking around 145.

Hi! I am 152 lb working on getting down to 133 lb.
doest seem like much but I 've been struggling with these 10 or so pounds for ages.
I am confident that I wil do it this time!

Default New 150

First time post, wanted to say thanks for this thread! Just started yesterday at 159, today i was 158.2... i love the first couple days on the scale. Hoping for clean eating and to give up my nightly whiskey

Happy to have found you! It has been decades since I've gotten out of the 150s, even at my fittest (heavy exercise several times a week), but I am determined to do it now.
I was 163 a little more than a month ago, then started South Beach. I'm at 155 now and determined to get down to 145. But the day I'm under 150 will be a day to celebrate!

Very inspiring to read that you started in the 170s and we're the same height. I was in the 150s December of last year, but went home to the US for a few months (I live in Europe) and of course with wanting to enjoy all the foods I had missed in 4 years abroad my weight went up considerably.

I'm now 172.0, hoping to get into the 150s before a 16k race I have in September.

Hello everyone! I just entered the 150's after losing 100 lbs. I would like to lose 30 more. I have a vacation planed at the end of this month and am trying to get under 157 by then. This thread is awesome! We can get out of the 150's! Go team!

Hey everyone! ImIalso trying to kick the 150s. About a year ago, I was even out of the 140s but I'm back sitting around 153. No matter what I try, I can't seem to buck the scale. Hopefully, this is a new start because man, I hate seeing "15X" on the screen.
