Dear friend,
first of all: with BMI somewhere around 24.2 you are at healthy weight. You seem to be doing good job eating healthy and excercising regularly. What you need to work on is your mental state, not the physical one. You clearly have issues with the way you perceive your own body, and the stress you put on being thin.
Second, regular scales are hugely wrong about calculating your body composition. I dare say they just generate random numbers. There is no way you put on fat if you had been eating healthy diet and excercising regularly.
Last, but not least: carry on eating healthy, wholesome food. Enjoy a treat every now and then. Throw the scales out of the window. Live happy, healthy, fruitful life. Believe me, there are many people on this forum who would bite their hand off to be at the weight you are at.
