Hello everyone, can I join in? Friday seems like a sensible day to weigh in...I know it's just water weight because this is my first week of proper dieting but I've lost approx 4 lbs! I weighed in at 207.4lbs and I know next weeks loss won't be as good but here's hoping!

I'm back 125.8. Wonder why? I had such a GOOD and active week, but I gained a lb. Oh well, I'm enough of a veteran to know to keep plugging away. ;)
