I'm hoping to lose 43 pounds in 4 months and 3 weeks. i average a loss of 2 to 4 pound a week. i've had a couple gains in July but made up for it the weeks after.
Which means i plan on going from 268 down to 225.
Exercise almost daily i only miss 2 days. ( ride bike or Walk)
so i'm crossing my fingers that this will actually work for me.

Aced I have a very similar goal as you. The program I am on states that you will lose between 18-20 a month. But I am not really set at that. I go to the clinic every other day and get weighed so I lose by the 1.4 pounds and so on. The best is after a long weekend I am usually down 4 pounds if I was good. This is my second time on the program I quit before maintenance and gained it all back. This time I have made my goal to go all the way. good luck and I right there with you. I want to lose 60 lbs.
Ok sorry that i haven't kept this upto date like i promised but i've been trying to work my way into college which i successfully did. I start this Wed. Aug.20th.
Well Ive lost another 4 pounds in those couple of weeks since i last posted. so ive lost a total of 158 pounds anothe 38 til i reach my goal.
