Well, I did not see 163.x yet, 164.4 this morning after being 165.x for a couple of days (darn peanuts, but they are gone now!). Just got to have patience and keep on keeping on! |

Hi just checking in. I was 159.4 this morning!! I was out of town for a few days, did a lot of walking around the city and ate fairly well.
So, I've been losing weight by eating less and choosing healthier options. I haven't exercised at all, bad I know! I really need to tone up, I've noticed my skin elasticity is not so good that I'm at this weight. I think it's time I change my focus to building muscle and looking better naked - because now it's a mess! |

I'm not weighing until Friday. I need more time than that to make up for the Vday weekend. Work for me tonight, then workout Wed/Thurs. Eating has been ok since Sunday night sabotage, but hey, it's only been a few hours. :rofl: |

Salt from Tuesday's dinner put me at 165.6 yesterday morning, but a good old Chef Salad last night gave me a 2 lb drop! Veggies and lean meat are magic, I tell ya! :carrot: |
