Hey, you two! I'm glad for some company in here. Sperrigo, I bounced back to 148 from 146, too. But I have an extreme stomach bug I am battling AND TOM is coming, it's been **** on weight loss.

SenseAndSensability, same here. I thought I was doing well but I wasn't tracking like I should and I definitely got extra of things I shouldn't have, under the guise of "The holiday." Here's to getting back on track!

Sperrigo: I feel your pain! I have been with 3FC for sometime now. I believe since October or November of 2010. I had lost a ton of weight..only to gain back all of it plus more. Started my journey again May 2015...and have gone from 200-something to 131...over the past few months put some weight back on and went up to 149-150...and now I'm back on track an back down to 143. It's a crazy journey but you'll get back down to where you want to be. I am 5'2 1/2 and can definitely tell the difference between 130...and 140. My GW is 125.

New to this thread..not to the forum! Really ready to get out of the 140s...it's been a crazy battle these past few months but I restarted 1/9 and have been on a row and doing great every since then!

CW: 143.2 (3.4 lbs til I'm back in the 130s!)

Gosh, I was afraid I was the only one who could tell the difference between 130 and 140. None of my friends or family noticed the ten pounds jump but I can feel it. Not in my clothes cause I'm still wearing my clothes from 200 pounds. But it's there.

For me, it's the thigh chaffing and restless leg syndrome that interupts my sleep. I'm also 5'1" (might be closer to 5'2" now, loosing weight seemed to gain me an inch!)

How many people are aware of your current goals? I personally have only told my husband (he too is also aiming for fitness). I don't want the comments about how I'm starving myself (I'm not) and how perfect I already am (tell that to my legs when I can't sleep at night).

@SenseAndSensability: Ugh, I hear you on the end goals. I told my mum I was aiming for 135 and got the whole nine yards of "You're too thin now. You aren't eating enough." And so on and so forth. I eat plenty and I think it also boils down to the fact that what is thin to someone may not be thin to someone else. Or, forget thin, more just that I'm not happy yet. I want to tone up, drop more sizes and all that. I think I'll be keeping my goal weight to myself from now on.

I don't exactly lie when people bring it up but I honestly just don't tell them numbers. I always say things like: "I'm just going for toning now, I lost muscle when I lost weight and I want some of that back". Which is true. Just not the whole truth.

I seriously don't understand how hurtful people can be about it, on BOTH ends. I've heard people tell me they want to force feed me a cheeseburger. Or that a cupcake will make me fat again. Excuse me!!!

And honestly, I've come to realize that people's perception of my body is as messed up as me. We get used to seeing someone at a certain weight and are brains just associate to that. I've had people smaller than me tell me I'm getting "too thin", but then turn around to the thin athletic person who gained five pounds and say "OH MY GOSH you're getting fat!!!" People just get stuck on a weight. I literally think the brain has a hard time adjusting/processing it.

I agree with both of yall!! Its tiring hearing you look fine... Or your too thin when u r working so hard at meeting your goal. I don't expect everyone to understand but I believe a lot of it don't get the seriousness of an eating problem and how hard it is to say no to bad foods.

This morning I weighed in at 142.6. 2.8 lbs left in the 140s.

I agree with all of you. I do think what is considered thin or fat has changed over the years. In high school, when my weight moved up into the 140's...I was considered "fat" and was told by family members I should lose weight. I remember walking across a street and some impatient driver in a car yelled, "Get your fat *** off the road!" I'm now in the same range again, but I don't stand out as the "fat" one anymore as people are so much bigger now.

Had a long and exhausted day. Was 141.6 this morning. I think it may have been a fluke but we will see tomorrow.

Must've been a fluke... Weigh in this morning was 142.2. Still not far away from the 130s though! 2.4 lbs to go!

Woot that's so exciting!!! So close . Congratulations!!! Just the inspiration I needed.

This week I'm gonna aim for a perfect weekday to get me back on track towards fitness. Meal planned the whole week and it includes yummy food I love like Stirfry, Tacos, stuffed peppers and mashed potatoes. Then, next goal is a perfect weekend (taking it one step at a time).

What plans are you guys following? I calorie count just to be aware of what's going in to make sure I'm balancing my treats with veggies, proteins, etc. I always eat something in the morning (I find it jump starts my metabolism). It's usually only small though cause I don't have a huge appetite. I have things like Greek yogurt, fried eggs, mushrooms, fruit, veggies, peanut butter, cereal, etc. I also aim to have a super healthy lunch where I'll pack in the most veggies and fruits. That way dinner can feel a little more relaxed. I love grapefruit and like to pack them for lunch when I can and vary veggies all the time from carrots to peppers, celery, tomatoes, cucumber, spinach... I also have things like hummus, nuts, cottage cheese. Lunch is always essentially a giant salad eaten in seperate parts. I'm weird like that.
