thirti4thirty, it's been a long time. I'll try to lose the 10lbs with you by the end of the year. I am currently trying to get to 165.2 or close to it which is what another 3FCer friend weighs. I just started eating properly and have loss some water weight that I've put on since May. It's a start. Today I weighed in at 171.1. When you started this thread 10/26 I weighed 173.2
So I'll say ...
SW = 173.2
less = 10lbs
GW = 163.2
Do we have a particular weigh in day that you've chosen? You know I weigh daily so which ever day you make a chart for is fine with me
