I know you said you can't pay for gym membership, but something I did was see who was offering any free 1 week offers and go to them! I actually did it for a couple of gyms and it helped me rule out ones I didn't like! One of them actually had a free 2 week gym membership that was really generous of them!

It can't hurt and maybe if it helps with the weight loss it's something to consider for the future.

I feel your pain with being stuck at a weight. I've been in the 170s for MONTHS!!! can't wait to leave. I also *feel* skinnier but I need a number to validate it since measurements haven't changed. Best of luck to you!!

Would you know that stress make you gain weight? So, do not let the stress defeat you. Smile!
Now you can pick whatever you like to eat. But, eat slowly. Drink a lot of water. Then you will see what happen! Seriously!

Thanks for all the replies. I appreciate everyone that gave input to try to help me. I threw the diet out the window for a few days. I weighed today at 162.6. I got back on the horse today so hopefully things will start looking better. Im just so tired of weighing and logging everything I eat. Anyway, I'll keep in mind everything that you all mentioned and hope for the best. Thanks again :-)

I know exactly how you feel. I've been at 160 for what seems like a month. I just try to remain positive and focused on my goals. Just keep pushing. You can do it!
