Hey everyone... I'm going to join you if you don't mind. I'm starting again, I skipped the whole maintaining thing and it didn't go so well. Today on the scale I was 174.6.

Hi! 179 this morning. I probably shouldn't be here yet because who knows what that scale will say tomorrow am, but nothing is happening in the 180's thread and I don't want to go back there!

Saw 172.4 yesterday :) Quite a nice surprise. Back up today after some drinks last night but hopefully it will go right back down. Another big hike on the agenda for this weekend and that should keep the scale moving down!

Hi all! My home scale read: 179 for the last two days. I'm so happy to see those #s! I hope it goes down at least 1 or even 2 lbs by tomorrow. I have my medifast weekly weigh-in and their scale registers 1lb higher.

I have "returned" to the 170s after I got a new scale that put me 7 lbs higher than my old one. Not a fun surprise, but it was thankfully a short ride back to the 170s.

178.0 this morning. 160s here I come!

Hey ladies! New to this site. I am looking for supportive women who relate to my struggle and it seems like you all are exactly that. I was at 175 last week, but went to visit family and lost all control, so this morning I weighed in at 179. I'm hoping at least a couple pounds is water weight!!
