Default Question:

So i recently lost over 30 lbs & I'm feeling GRRReat!! However, now i have quit a bit of sagging under the arms, my lower abdomen & back. i was wondering if there are any solutions to this problem. Any specific exercises i should incorporate into my routine? Is there any such thing as a cream for tightening the skin?

It should get better as your body adjusts to your weight.

But I would add some cardio (e.g. jogging) and some all-body weight training to tone things up.

If it really is just a skin elasticity issue, I have had good success with eating fish (or you can take fish oil supplements).

I didn't know that, about the fish. Thanks for the tip @IanG!

Strength training has helped fill my skin out a little bit. The loose skin gets better with time.

Age, genetics, and how long you have been overweight seem to be the main factors that matter ...
