I've been away for about 10 days - hosting family and traveling = not able to stay on plan. Good news is I only gained to 160.4, so not too much damage done.

I was 157.3 one week ago today. My period was this week so I didn't weigh.
Stayed under 1500 cals each day and spent 30.5 hours exercising in the last 7 days!! Never so much but I felt great! I didn't have cramps AT ALL. I have no idea what happened but I had so much energy! Today I worked out 5.5 hours (light exercising--walking and bicycling). I'm hoping to be 155.0! |
Slimmer - looks like you did pretty well to me. Not an easy thing to do with family visiting and traveling. Getting back on track is the most important thing and I'm sure you will do so!
hepzibah - makes me tired just thinking about how much exercising you did! Glad the crampmonster didn't visit. I have heard that exercising can help with that for some people. workinglikeadog - Hope you did well this weekend and hope you are still in the 150's! This morning was up a tad from the weekend. 152.8. Tried to stay on track but got a little carried away Saturday night with some NSA Ice Cream. Back to it today! |

My legs are sore as heck (tried to exercise all the cramps away)--and--TMI--it totally worked. Also, my period wasn't as heavy at the beginning, which was awesome. On the 4th I'm seeing a friend I haven't seen in two months! Hopefully I'll be under 150--although that is a VERY lofty goal. |
hepzibah - I have noticed that exercise helps to alleviate cramps too. Good luck with your time frame - it is possible, especially with all the work you have been putting in!
