Default The time you work out

Hey everyone!

Does it matter what time you work out? Or does the work out time need to be the same every time?

I ask because I can't really see myself going to the gym much during the day. I'd rather go when it's not too busy and there is barely anyone there. So I'd end up going after work(late at night) or very early in the morning. These are both times when I'm wide awake because I sleep during the day and work at night.

the time that you will actually go to the gym is the right time to go. if that time is 3am, so be it.

There are studies done about the most optimal time(s) to workout, but the reality is that some workouts at some times is better than no workouts any times.

On the flip side, if you want to workout during regular hours, what will happen is, it's summer, so not a lot of people are in the actual gym, they are outside. And, when you go at a certain time every day, you will become a "regular" and get used to the handful of characters that frequent there at your "time".
