It's true isn't it. the moment we achieve one goal we're on to the next and forget how big a deal the previous one was.

I'm going to take KarinRose's advice. use the critical part of me to motivate myself, but try and phrase it as if i was talking to a friend. That should help me balance staying motivated while being kind to myself.

i get frustrated.To me its because if i had kept with it it would be at goal weight by now.I think ill be harder on myself until i hit the weight i was before i fell of the wagon.I look at my stomach and im like man it looked great before.
