I actually do this and have done this for a year and have been in maintenance for at least a year, i have a day (Friday) where i eat literally thousands of calories=usually high calorie foods w/out restriction.
~BUT~
I immediately go back on plan Saturday through Thursday and probably some of those days i eat below calories and i eat healthy and relatively low carb especially. I just do not deviate and somehow it works for me. I imagine it will not work for those who cannot stop at one day
