I wake up pretty hungry, so there's rarely been a time I've skipped breakfast. =/ And my sleeping schedule has been pretty whack lately so I stay up really late but don't eat anything. Then when I wake up, I'm running on empty.

I really don't like breakfast. It makes me feel bloated and hungry and sleepy. If I eat breakfast I can eat all sort of crap throughout the day. I like drinking some juice, some tea.. And then eating after 11-12h. If I'm really hungry I have some fruit or something light. No breakfast means control over my food for me.

As a college student that doesn't have morning classes, I normally sleep long enough to avoid breakfast. If I am up for breakfast though, normally I'll have something light. I really do prefer not to eat it just for calorie purposes (dumb mentality, but I feel nicer knowing I have a lot more allotted calories later in the day, since between a "normal" lunch and dinner, that's like 4 meals for me right there.)
