I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm pretty much losing a little every day now. Normally I try really hard not to weigh in every day but I'm just amazed the number is going the way it is!

178.2 today (and I checked this *after* I'd eaten breakfast and had coffee so it might even be lower than that). I might check again after I workout because I find that when I don't have time to weigh in in the morning if I do so immediately after a sweaty workout the number is more or less the same.

I'm retaining quite a bit of water today, but yesterday I was at 174.6. I am super hopeful that I might be in the 160s by Feb!

I've bounced in and out of the 170s since September--and I want to stay in the 170s for a while--and never go about 180 again.

Happy New Year everyone!

I've been crazy busy those past couple of months - and since it seems that I can only focus on one project at a time, I've been in the 170s for... oh, ages! At least it feels like it's been that long.
So, my new goal for a brand-new year: learn how to "multitask" ;)
(Oh, yeah, and improve my English ;) )

That being said - I'd love to join you guys for (hopefully only) a little while.

I've been weighing at in at 178.x the last few days--I really want to stay here--and that means really controlling myself this weekend when I'll have a houseful of people and food.

So I think I've found the magic pill for weight loss!!! - Apparently it's a glass of wine every other night on vacation.

No, seriously, last night I had some wine and ate chips, chips. I never eat chips. I never buy chips but I did yesterday…

Weighed myself this morning feeling like for sure it would be up. 177.0. I lost 2.4lbs this week. W.T.F. It's both hilarious and confusing!

My sodium bloat is gone now - back to 174.6. School/work starts again after next week and I worry if my exercise regimen will suffer once all the insanity comes back into my life. I've already started to plan out my obligations and see where I might be able to fit in gym time. :-/

Beth with you on control I need to keep the control so I can keep the scale moving. I want to be out of this decade once and for all, but not in the 180's ;)

OK, so after a ton of Christmas eating I got as high as 184lbs (from 172-ish), which was simultaneously hilarious and scary. Just shows how much my body can fluctuate. Now I'm back to 175lbs. TOM is paying a visit, so I'm not sure how much that is affecting currently. Now I just don't feel like eating at all, so the other day, I didn't. I just literally stopped eating and then fasted for something like 40h. I must point out that it's not a punishment type of torturous thing for me. I just literally got fed up with food :-)

I knew this would happen, so it's not so shocking, but now I just have to actually start working after the holidays if I want to reach my goal before the summer.
