Hi everyone, I'm new here. For me to get to my goal weight it will take 3 stages first stage protein shakes only 370-290 pounds. Lean and green only second stage 290-220 pounds, final stage 220-189 protein shakes, lean green, count calories 1000 I hope to be at my goal this time next year. I will post every day, this is my time, if not next stop will be weight loss surgery. I need all the support I can get. Happy weight loss everyone looking forward reading your post
