Getting out my 300's
Hi everyone, I'm new here. For me to get to my goal weight it will take 3 stages first stage protein shakes only 370-290 pounds. Lean and green only second stage 290-220 pounds, final stage 220-189 protein shakes, lean green, count calories 1000 I hope to be at my goal this time next year. I will post every day, this is my time, if not next stop will be weight loss surgery. I need all the support I can get. Happy weight loss everyone looking forward reading your post:)

Good luck to you! We have a similar starting weight (although I'd love to be as tall as you are!) and goal weight. . .hope we are both successful on our journeys!

Good luck... I am in the same boat, striving to get out of the 300's and focus on breaking down the 200's. I don't know what diet you're following but I wish you a lot of luck!!!!
