Hi All! A couple years ago I lost 25 lbs., but, in a typical fashion, gained 35 lbs. back!! It's not as easy doing this the second time around, but am glad to be in good company while doing it!!

Hi there! I'm new too, i had lost 60 pounds and was super fit and healthy for a while, four months ago i hit a rough patch and went back to the old ways. Gained 25 pounds..going at it again, ready to lose this weight! Welcome and we can do this!
