Yay, mzshaunna, for making it to the gym! So glad that it felt good to you so you'll want to go again.

Thanks so much People are right though, it definately gets easier once you start. I even went yesterday too, sounds corny but I wrote in small print on my left hand some motivation "You've got this" and "Don't stop". It actually really helped Thanks again everyone for the support

Good on u for going. Now you have made me feel bad... Here I am sitting in front on the puter when I should be at gym. You've right sooo hard to start back. Feeling guilty ... dragging this bucket of lard to the gym in the morning

Don't feel bad, we all have to start somewhere and don't put yourself down I slipped up yesterday but eating some junk food I'm a binge eater when bored so need to get it under control and thankfully the gym is a good distraction

Awesome!
Keep it up mzshaunna. Before you know it, you'll notice tangible results. Your only regret will be wishing you started sooner.
