Default TOM I hate you!

I feel so bloated and huge. I have a weigh in Saturday morning. I pray the scale shows my hard work. I also would normally be eating lots of chocolate right now but I not and I will resist it. Would drinking even more water be helpful or right now or no?

Good for you...not eating during TOM is always hardest for me!

Drinking more water is never not beneficial. Water helps water bloat and gain.

Don't freak out no matter what the scale says on Saturday! You've done the work, it doesn't matter if you're holding water right at that moment when you step on the scale. Normal monthly water bloat doesn't erase the work! Make friends with your TOM, she's going to be with you for a long time!

Just keep doing your thang!

Definitely drink more water. It may seem counterintuitive, but it will help to ease the bloat overall. I have not been too happy with TOM this month either Besides the annoying business of bursting into tears for no apparent reason (the last crying bout happened when I was on ITunes trying to download some workout music) I feel heavier and I swear I could give the pillsbury dough boy a run for his money. Just ease up on the sodium, drink plenty of water, and be patient....) BTW, Mrs. Snark, your photos from April to August of this year is nothing short of amazing!! And your dogs are adorable.

If I get a woosh and I hardly ever get a woosh, it's on day 3 of my period. Your weigh in might be perfectly timed...

First of all, congrats on resisting the evil "c" lol! Anyway, don't stress about it. Normally after TOM leaves, you usually see results.

Also, a woosh is kind of like a sudden rush of weight loss. I think that's the best I can explain it.

I'm right there with you on hating TOM. Yesterday it took every ounce of strength in me not to order a pizza and devour the whole thing myself. No matter how much water I drank, I just could stay full. But I prevailed and was happy with the scale in the morning. It's hard work! Good luck and good job for staying in the game

So hopefully that was still ok. Those. Little suckers are only 4 points. And oh yummy happy birthday to me were they good. If y'all haven't tryed em you should.

I just started my routine this month and my AF runs long 35 days average last month was 40 days (was scared!). I am blaming my irregular AF due to weight gain this past year. But AF will be here soon and I am terrified what the scale will say. I have lost 5 pounds (every pound is a good pound) this month. I did read somewhere that water will help with bloat, so I will try to drink an extra bottle of water.

Uhh! I am so glad that I'm not the only one! I gained 2lb of water weight almost overnight! Soo annoying! I say give it another day or two and you should feel much better!
