I'm currently fighting the urge to eat
I'm around my calorie limit for the day....Do you ever learn to control the "food demon" or is it with you forever? Any experience or tips?
(in my last post I talked about after workout soreness, thanks for all the great answers and advice, i bought some protein shake and my body feels so much better!)





It usually does, and even if it doesn't and I decide to go over my allotment for the day, my stomach is full of water and I only have room for something small anyways.
