Default "The Girls" are so uneven!

As I've been losing weight, I've noticed my bras fitting differently but not so much that I really thought I needed to change sizes. Well, yesterday I noticed that even though the right cup is fitting okay, the left isn't. And then I noticed that there is a visible difference in size between my boobs. Curious, I measured each, and the left one is 4 inches (!) smaller. OMG.

From my start weight, I've lost 5 inches overall from my bust. Did it all come off the left side? Is this at all normal? Will it eventually even out? Is there anything I can do to encourage my right boob to shrink?

I'm so embarrassed. I feel like a freak of nature.

OMGosh I am in the same boat! Glad it is not just me and I am so horribly self conscious about it!! I NEVER worried about it. Thought never crossed my mind I would end up with a case of boobalopalitis!!! LOL! I am really upset about the lopsidedness of my chest currently.

I'm hoping things even out. Sigh...if it's not one thing, it's another!!

Aw hon, there's nothing freakish about uneven boobs. Our bodies are not symmetrical; that's all there is to it! You're as normal as every other woman on the planet.

Hugs

Everyone's breasts are different, don't worry too much about it.

My breasts are slightly uneven but I will tell you that when I first lost significant weight the right one got smaller and then the left on caught up. I don't know if that will happen to you but maybe?

I either way naturally all women's breasts are uneven (though it may have been insignificant measurement).

You guys, no. Just no. This isn't a case of "a little asymmetrical." This is like....freakish abnormality. Like, I could be used for a science experienment or something. Gah!

It is true that our bodies are not even from one to the other. My left leg is a bit shorter than my right, my ears are so not even it's scary!

Anywho, some women do experience what you are going through, and it's really not all that abnormal. I do understand it's quite disconcerting, but not all that unusual.

The positive is this, you are not alone, relax, get your health, weight and fitness taken care of and you can get the girls surgically even at some point in time. Or you can just love what you have!

I'm sure they're better than they seem. Asymmetries always seem worse on our own bodies, and because women hide their breasts we never really get a chance to see just how asymmetrical other bodies are. Instead, we see breasts in push up bras, modified through photoshop, etc. If it makes you feel comfortable, then I hope your breasts even out. But more than that, I hope you feel comfortable with your body. You deserve to.

This thread brought this to mind: http://www.cawebster.com/beautiful-women-project/the-sculptures/ The beautiful women project. I've seen it in person. It's spectacular.

In this age of the ubiquitous padded sculpted bra, everyone's boobs look identical when we're all dressed. I think we've all forgotten just how many shapes boobs come in. If you're worried about it, try speaking to your gynecologist. He may be able to put you on something for hormones to help them even out. It happened to me at one point, and I just relaxed and kept losing. Eventually they were both the same size again; unfortunately it was a really small size.

If your breasts are uneven you can always hide it with a bra. I have breasts that are somewhat uneven and my husband doesn't seem to mind and I even asked a doctor about it once and the doctor said there was nothing wrong with them even though I have a somewhat larger than usual size difference with my breasts. So maybe you should try not to worry about it.

Totally normal and a bit annoying since the small one keeps falling out of the cup whenever I bend over or do anything, lol!

For me, it's not just the girls but in some other areas too. I have a small pocket of fat with a deep dimple on the side of my right leg, a small pocket of extra fat on the right side under my bra band so I have a lovely lump of fat sticking out even if the bra band isn't tight. On my left side, I have a larger love handle than the right. In the front where my lower abdomen is on the left side, there's more fat sticking out than the right (which looks more smoother.) Hoping hard the left side (and everything else) catches up! Very odd but it is what it is! I suspect these issues are from not working out consistently and over-training some areas?
