I sometimes just eat the apple peel. It hardly has any calories, but it provides the vast majority of nutrition and fiber. http://www.livestrong.com/article/28...n-apple-peels/

I forget the brand, but someone makes individually wrapped prunes and 4 are only 100 calories. I try to have them every day or at least every other day. I also just discovered vita pizzas, they're about the size of a mama celeste but under 200 calories and 76% of your daily recommended fiber. I also have a fiber one bar or brownie as my dessert each evening.

Those all sound good, I love prunes (Sunsweet makes the individually wrapped ones I think, and those are the best because they don't get dried out!) and pizza and all that, but that would severely impact my carb allowances.

I make Flax bread. I have always had that problem. Since I have been on Atkins I have been regular!
Flax bread.
3TBS Flax seed ground
1 egg
1 tsp butter or olive oil
1 tsp baking powder.
1-2 pks stevia
mix in cereal bowl and microwave for 2 to 2 1/2 min
It works for me
