Life has gotten in the way of my weight loss. I really haven't been trying to lose since December. The good news is that here it is April and I haven't gained any weight back. I have continued to eat healthy, portion controled meals - just like I was doing, but I have eaten quite a bit of other stuff, too

Every time I weigh, I am thrilled with my steady number. I feel optomistic that I will be able to restart with the weight loss when things settle down around here.
