I've been sick for about a month now and have hardly made it to the gym at all. I've got a horrible horrible head cold AFTER having a bout with the flu, and I can't breathe much without a hacking cough. I've got gunk in my head and throat that makes it hard to breathe.
When I was feeling a bit better before the head cold I resumed my normal gymming, but then I came down with another illness! Ugh. My weight loss has not stalled, thanks to my vigilant calorie counting, but I just feel kinda flabby and pathetic due to my lack of gym trips. I wanted to get nice arms for my wedding in 2 months but I feel like my progress has just gone kaput.
Sorry for being so whiny. I'm just ugh.
