I don't know what to do. I am having an very off week. I find myself indulging in things I shouldn't be and eating more servings than I should. I have had no exercise since Sunday. Things has been stressful this week at home. I'm constipated yet my stomach feels gassy???? I have pain on my lower left side and my hip is sore. I CANNOT SEEM TO GET MYSELF BACK UP! I want this so bad yet right now, I feel like I can't do it. Ugh!!! I had been doing good up until this week.
