Audiobooks to help
I had some luck a few years ago listening to audio books re: improving diet and overall health.
(1) When Food Is Food and Love is Love by Geneen Roth (helps with emotional eating)
and
(2) not sure of exact title but the topic is Trim Healthy Mama. Interesting concept about pairing protein with fat OR pairing protein with carbs at various points in the day with so many hours in between. Their premise is that the body will burn fat if no carbs are available. Think this is kind of like Keto but you don't have to go Keto all the time. I played with it a bit. Not sure if it worked but it gave me something to try in order to change things up.
