I just started the IP program and checked in with my coach on Friday the beginning of my fifth day and I'm down 2.6lbs . I was hoping for more of a loss but I'll take the -2.6! I've found the plan pretty easy to follow with proper planning of meals. Anyone have tips for staying on track when traveling?
