I just deleted my graph for the two years to start fresh with this last push. I got a bit depressed seeing the upward trend for a couple months and the huge ups and downs preceding that. New year... new graph!
But yes, no one has a straight line going downward - it's like a serated knife - up and down.
Or, like mine straight line, down line, straight line, down line. with 17 days of straight and 11 of going doing (approximately).

This is one of the reasons that I love my net diary. I love its graphs (among other things) Graphs for weight, BMI, BMR, Nutrients, Exercise, Measurements, and more. Though since the new BMI formula, I have made my own excel spreadsheet showing my weight and BMI that I can graph too. Such a great way to visualize what is going on!
