and feeling pretty darn excited!! First, I have now lost a little over 6 pounds! I kept telling myself that if I could just lose 6 pounds, I will be more confident about my weight loss journey and all the effort I have been putting in! Well...I surpassed the 6 pounds! At this rate I "might" make my 10 pound loss by February goal!
The second goal I had was to get my walk pace up to 4mph. And today I DID IT!!! I was so tickled and content! I feel great that I made it! So...there are the two mini goals I had and met!!!
The other goals I have been consistently meeting are:
1. Getting my 64 ounces of water in a day
2. Staying within my calorie limit
3. Staying away from sodas and sugary drinks
4. Staying away from any restaraunt foods!
5. Getting at least 30 minutes of cardio in a day!
I want to give a big Thank You to all of you here, whose stories and advice inspire me, and for those of you who offered me kind words of encouragement when I was on the verge of quitting the other day. Thank you, for being the best support system! I truly believe this time I will be successful at weight loss because I know I have a whole forum of awesomeness behind me cheering me on!!!
