Agreed - and it's very important to analyze EXACTLY what you're doing because we as people are spectacular and filtering reality into what we want it to be.
Example - someone talks about how hard they're hitting the gym, not losing weight, and eating only 1500 calories a day. But they fail to mention they're eating back their exercise calories and vastly over estimating their exercise calories burned.
Point is - it is totally normal but there might actually be a reason.
I remember one person was counting calories, eating a lot of eggs, and they were counting eggs as 1/4 the actual calories they have.
If you're doing every thing right it is still very normal for weight to stay the same for a while. You're retaining water - for one reason or another - which means if you're doing everything right you'll eventually be rewarded.
