So have a cheeseburger. Just make it work. Are you never allowed to have a cheeseburger ever again? That would be a horrible world to live in.

I make my own juicy lucy's with reduced fat cabot cheddar and ground bison. Sooooo good!

Yup. I don't have off limits stuff. I find a way to work it in to my calories. Fast food is easy for me to resist because it makes me sick now. Some things are harder to work in than others.

are you physically hungry enough to eat a cheeseburger or is it just your mind?
if you're willing to eat vegetables, then you're legitimately hungry and should find something to eat, if not- it's just a craving and you'll have to talk yourself out of it or ignore it.

I read something the other day that says when you have a craving you should say "I don't eat (whatever) food" instead of "I can't eat (whatever) food" because it makes you feel more in control, it's been helping me

its always amazed me how many people can eat mcdonalds or any fast food burger , im not saying that in a mean way, ive tried many times to eat one and i get violently ill, like borderline go-to-the-hospital ill. no idea why but my body rejects them and fast. maybe im a mutant.

before my gallbladder stones i would make homemade burgers. they were just as high in calories cause they were thicker but much healthier (and tastier) and my body didnt reject it. i miss those burgers. id say make a homemade burger youll satisfy your craving probably. and you could even make homemade baked chips for a side. mannn now im hungry lol

Really? How do you figure? Science disagrees.

Which part of a traditional cheeseburger are you referring to? Beef patty? Tomato? Cheese? Bun?

Well maybe if we're talking about a McDonald's Cheeseburger

But even then, it has some nutritional value, even if it is very little.

Personally I would rather have a homemade cheeseburger. Much more juicy and tasty. McDonald's ones are just...bleh!
