Default Recommitting to my plan

I just need to put this in writing, so I have accountability.

I've kinda fallen off plan, not gained but just staying stagnant. I eat well but find myself snacking or cheating myself on portions.

So, I'm going to start fresh in the morning. Next week will be a new week and I will be re-committing myself to my goals.

Good for you for getting yourself back on track before it got away from you!

Good for you! Lucky for you I lost 72 pounds so don't need as much room on the wagon, so I am scooting over to make a spot for you

Don't call it "stagnation" - call it practice for maintenance! "Not gaining" is worthy of celebration too - you'll be spending a whole lot more of your longer, healthy life working on maintenance than you will on losing, so take a few moments to congratulate yourself for holding the line! Now you have a bit of data on what level of eating works for when you're ready to stop losing. It's all good information!
