I know we won't know our starting weights for this challenge till tomorrow or Saturday (depending on when you count the start date for yourself), but thought I'd go ahead and start this up.
Typically whenever I start the "LOSE 10 LBS BY..." threads I have a terrible month. Want to break the jinx!
For anyone NEW to these, you don't have to actually make your goal 10 pounds, you can make it whatever you want! It's just tradition to use 10 at this point, so feel free to make your goal what you like.
I'm in for this one. November didn't get even close to the 10 lbs. Looks like I'll round it out with 5 lbs for the month. Any loss makes me happy, but I really want to see 10 in december. I just need to prove to myself I can lose 10 lbs in a month. And as I get closer to goal it'll just get tougher. I'll post starting weight on the 1st of the month.
I'm going for 6-7, but since I am not weighing in until the 22nd of December I guess I won't be contributing regularly! I'll check back in on that day for sure though!

Well I have no control over the scale and it's funky with baby weight, anyway, but I'll join you and stay on my plan, as I have been, through the end of the month. I can SEE the fat loss in my face and back, even if the scale has stayed the same for two months (I lose weight, baby gains weight, it all balances out).
I usually go for 5 pounds each month, but since I only count my TOPS weigh-ins and because the meetings are going to be sporadic through the holidays, I'm starting from yesterday and will be ending on January 9th. And with that extra time and due to having an extra special goal in mind, I'm going to kick it up a notch and go for 7 pounds. The lowest I've ever been as an adult is 220, and I would totally, totally love to get there in early January!
