Anyway, despite the arrival of the TOM (isn't it time for me to go into menopause YET?
), I did my weekly weigh/measuring and......Three more pounds less than last week
One inch each off my waist and hips!
And for once, I'm not doubled over and/or suffering on the couch with a heating pad because of cramps! I can't even remember the last time I felt this good during the TOM! I feel like conquering the world, rather than biting someone's head off!
It's also a great day for a nice long walk...hmm, time to let out the kitties!
