Well I've actually been a member here for awhile, but it's been a long time since I've used it. But I'm back!
It seems my number one problem when dealing with weight loss is sticking it out. I always get so discouraged when I have a bad eating day/night, and I just give up. I can't seem to get back in it either; to me it feels hopeless.
I've been going at this alone for so long. I'm ready to reach out to others for support. Have any of you guys really dealt with falling off the horse time and and time again? It's so discouraging. I just got an awesome new juicer too: a Breville Juice Fountain Plus. I was using it for a couple days and was already noticing a difference coupled with my running, but then I had a bad weekend for eating, so I gave up, in less than a week.
I am so weak-willed. I'm going on a cruise in about a month too, so I really could use some inspirational words from all you wonderful people! Misery loves company
