I weigh every morning before breakfast and at night before sleeping. When I don't like what I see at my night weigh-ins I'm like "well what counts is the morning weigh-in anyway" haha.

My weekly "milestone" weigh-in is every Tuesday. But sometimes it's weird I gain or lose on Thursdays or Fridays.
