As the title says, im new! Gosh, i've been looking for some kind of support site where I can vent my frustrations, get encouragement or ask advice, and I found it!! I do not have a work out buddy, which I am in desperate need of!! Anyways, I just come to realize that I guess i'm not as strong as I thought I was, and that is okay.

No shame in needing a little encouragement and motivation right? (Not that I'm not motivated to lose weight)

Anyways glad to be here!!!!!!!!!!! Any advice?

My advice is to visit often. You start seeing the same people, you feel more motivated and you learn things that make it way easier to complete the weight loss journey. Like you, I lack a weight loss buddy as well, but there are LOTS of challenges that go on here that you can join which helps hold you accountable.

Thanks guys! It really helps just seeing these replies. I will be on more often and you shall get to know be better, I promise!. Right now, im getting the feel of the site, how to work it, etc... And I will be moving in a few weeks, so once the craziness calms down, i'll be on here alot more. Until then, thanks again for the nice welcome!

Welcome! My best advice is to visit a lot, as Candeka said. The more I've learned, the better I've done and the more committed I've gotten.
