Joined the forum yesterday although I have been a regular reader for many months. Last year I started at 166 and went down to 157. This year due to back pain took a little time off and now back to 167. It is so disappointing
I am planning on being regular at the gym and watching what I eat. Until I reach target 2 I am planning on just veggies for dinner with some proteinHeight: 5'4, Size: 10 pants, Dress: 12
My goals: Mini- Goals:
Target 1- Less than 160. Sick and tired of looking at 6 in the middle!
Target 2- Less than 155
Target 3- Less than 150
Target 4- Less than 144- BMI will be officially "normal" not "overweight"
Long term goals- 121
Will keep working at it and logging progress
