This past week when I got home from work I've been filling up on broccoli and lowfat popcorn.
I do sneak some chicken and veges in, but not like I used to (I take a lot of vitamins, too). I've so far dropped my calories down to 1200/1300+ a day (from 1600, then 1500), and I've seen my weight and waist drop significantly. It looks like it really was all about calories.
I've managed to curb my hunger to manageable levels, and I do go to bed sometimes on the hungry side, but it's nothing that I can't resist. I plan on sticking this out as long as possible and as long as I continue to see nice results. Finally movement downward again.
