And here we are at the end of April. How did we do through the month? Did we eat as properly as possible? Did we remember to drink that water? Did we exercise? And especially important, did we continue to think positive thoughts?
I hope so. This is a lifetime committment. We should be doing these things on a regular basis.
Tomorrow we begin a new month. Any day is a good day to restart ourselves, but the first of a month is a good reminder.
