Default that bloated feeling
Ugh, it is the worst feeling ever! I feel like I've gained 10-20 pounds in one day. I have been finding myself getting bloated and constipated so easily lately and it's so frustrating. I just feel so heavy right now. I'm not sure if one night's sleep will be enough for the bloat to go back down but I hope it is. I really hate this feeling and I am not really looking forward to tomorrow morning's weigh in. I weighed myself tonight and I was 131.6 I weighed in this morning at 121.4. I know it's not fat but it sure feels that way, ugh. I hate nights like tonight. I took a pepcid so hopefully that will help.

well I woke up this morning still feeling really bloated. I weighed in at 123.6 this morning, which is ok. I took another Pepcid this morning, and I guess I'll just have to drink a lot of water and really watch what I eat today to get the bloat to go away.

I think it would be to soon for my TOM as I was on it the week before memorial day weekend. I don't know exactly what caused it but the bloat seems to be finally going away after having some coffee this morning. I just hope I don't get that bloated again, it was not a fun night/morning.
