  • 5th or 6th grade...
  • When I was 15 :/..i was on average 130lbs before I had my daughter and even then I thought I needed to lose some pounds.
  • My ideal weight is 165 pounds. That's how much I weighed throughout college. After getting married in 2006, I ballooned up to 202. I was freaked out to see that I had passed the 200 pound mark, and went on a strict diet and exercise routine in 2007 and got back down to 165 again late that year. Since then the scale has been slow climbing up, and I hit 202 again in late 2011. Now I'm back on a diet. Only this time, I hope to lose and keep it off forever.
  • Probably in 8th grade. I was running and in the best shape of my life.

    I weigh 110 more pounds now. Ugh.
  • 12 years ago. And I really do believe it's possible to be there again. I don't think I've set my goal too high, and I believe the weight I'm targeting is a healthy weight for my frame.
  • The last time that I was not ovedweight was when I was 17 , I weighed 155-160. I am almost 29 so my goal is to be around that weight again. I cannot believe that I used to see myself as disgustingly fat back then, that makes me sad.
  • I got pretty close to it in 2004 during my junior year of college. Before that, my freshman year of college. Pre-marriage and pre-two-children-via-c-section. haha. My body is defintely different after having kids.
  • I don't even remember. I never weighed myself as a kid. The closest weight I remember being to my goal was 216, and I achieved that when I was 15 after having back surgery. I lost my appetite for about a month after the surgery and lost a lot of weight, but I put it back on.
  • My goal weight is not really set in stone and if it were to be 120lbs then that would be when I was 19. I started to pack on the pounds when I started university and by the end of that first year I weight 140lbs. My secondary goal weight is 130lbs and I reached that weight when I was 22. That was only 5 years ago so I think it should be completely within reason for me to be somewhere between the two numbers and it was at those weights where I felt most comfortable with my body and how I looked in clothes.
  • My goal weight is where I liked my body in hs...so when I was 17 the lowest I stayed was 135.

    I yo yo'ed too up to 190 in college (I went down 20lbs a few months later). My weight climbed from the time I had my first child until a yr ago.

  • I was in middle school the last time I was at my goal weight. :/
  • I was at goal weight in 2008. I lost all of my baby weight after having my son. I lost all but 15 pounds of baby weight from my daughter in 2010. And now here I am now, 4 months post partum with number 3.
  • I hate to say it, but it might have been when I was around 11 and in the sixth grade or possibly earlier. I remember wearing a hand me down skirt that was a size 10.
