When was the last time....?

  • When I was in 10th grade I was 135....it just went up from there. My lowest ever adult weight was a minute last summer at 148. Trying to get back there.
  • I don't know if I was ever my goal weight. About 5 years ago, when I was 16, I was in and around 125lbs and that was probably the closest I have been to my goal of 119lbs.
  • Er . . . not since before puberty? And I've never gotten much below 220 as an adult, which is far from my goal of 150. I'll be ecstatic to get anywhere below 200 at all.
  • Add me to the list of people who haven't been at their goal weight (mine is 150 or below!) since before puberty. I remember being 200lbs at 16, and would kill to be there again (I'm 97 lbs over that right now). I have just been making my way through the 200's in my adulthood up until this point, when I got all Gandalf about it and told my weight "YOU SHALL NOT PASS 300....more than you already have because we are at 303 right now and shouldn't we do something about this?" lol
  • I remember being 185/size 15 in grade 7, but I was only about 5'7 then..and my weight only went up from there, sadly.
I'm about a size 12 now, but I'm also 4 inches taller I've never been at my goal weight at my height, so it'll be exciting to see how I'll look!
  • not since 4rth or 5th grade i guess.....
have kinda just put up weight since then only
  • I've not been at my goal weight as an adult. I'm not certain how old I was when I weighed under 200 lbs. The smallest size I recall wearing was an 18 I think 27 was the first age I remember where my age was a larger number than my clothing size.

I'm quite excited, and quite nervous, as I don't know what I'll look like at that weight. I have a pair of shorts I saved from when I was 13 yrs old. I was a misses 16 at that time I think. A few months ago I could pull them up unzipped, and I look forward to the day I can wear them comfortably.

: I was curious, I still have a bridesmaid dress I wore at the age of 11. There's no size listed, but I measured the waist as best I could, and it was 34 inches, so I'm guesstimating at the time I was about a 12 or 14.
  • The last time I was @ my goal weight was before the pregnancy of my 3rd child. I was a size 6/7. Through out my pregnancy I gained 50-60lbs & since then I was not able to get it down. I did go from 200 to 150 lbs. but after having Mirena put in, my weight just went up & up each year. I am now back to 200 lbs. and I am hating it so much......
  • Never as a adult. The closest I came was within 20 pounds of a healthy bmi, and that only lasted for a couple of years.

I was a chubby kid too, and I remember being taken to a nutritionist in grade 3, who measured and weighed me and told my mom that I was only 6 pounds overweight for my height - even though I was still a 'big' kid.

'Wish I was still there now!
  • Never?

I was within two lbs of it last July at 132. Sadly I'm up 10 lbs now, but on my way back down.
  • I don't remember the last time I was at my goal weight, or better yet my current weight, I gained 40lbs in about 1 year or so, as the weight gain started happening in 2010, in high school and up until 2009 I had always been naturally thin and active though eating the worst foods and was usually125-130. I've got my goal set at 120, and I'm currently 121 at almost 23 years old, though I'm going to try to get to 115 as that is just a weight that i've never been before though I am happy with my current weight.
  • I'm not sure because I never really weighed myself.....I was around 160 lbs. at my 1st doctor's visit when I was pregnant with my 1st child in 2000 so that's probably the last time I was there or close.
  • I'm at a normal BMI now, but when I started this journey (my first serious attempt to lose weight), I'd never not been heavier than average. And I'd probably been on the obese side of overweight since I was a preteen, maybe age 10 or so. I think I was 5ft tall and weighed in the 140s around age 10. And then by the time I was 12, I was about 5'4 and weighed in the 190s (almost 40 lbs more than I weigh now) and it was a downward spiral from there (age 16-17, 5'6, went to boarding school for a year and without any conscious thought, lost weight from 220s to 207 lbs). So yes, apart from as a newborn (7.9 lbs), I've never been at goal weight till now. But at least I now know it's totally possible.
  • Im guessing the last time I was at my goal weight was my first year in highschool. I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, even as a 10 year old I had body image issues.
  • Freshman year of college I was 144. That was 14 years ago (sheesh). My weight has steadily climbed since then. its a long term struggle, that's for sure!
