Default Guilty Pleasure?

I am calorie counting, this morning I had the morning from **** - kids, added stressors trying to get out the house in time, just a rotten start to the day. I decided that I needed something to take the edge off.
I got myself a Dunkin Donuts - Black Cocoa Creme Medium Coffee - I don't regret it at all lol

My issue is this - I am trying to assess the calories and from their site the calories change of course if you add dairy to it - I really just want to know what the calories are as it, premade and they give it to you since I don't tell them to add anything to it, I order it as is no customization.
I emailed DD to find out, waiting to hear lol.

It's a matter of 90 calories more give or take.

170 cals
1 fat
37 carb
34 sugar
2 protein

That's what I found too but the thing is I'm confused because the way they serve it ready made it already has some kind of cream in it - so idk if I have to add that to the calories content if they are just showing the calorie content as black coffee plain which is not how they give it.

Since it says it has 1 fat and a whopping 34 sugar, I'd say that counts the way it comes premade!!! I think they just give the option on the website to add the cream or sugar if you actually add MORE.

I don't even consider 170 calories a slip. Don't worry about it!

lol thanks everyone - if it is 170 I don't feel so bad - if its the 260 then I feel I should have utilized my calories more effectively but its ok, you all are great TY

I agree, 170 is not so bad, don't feel guilty about it, you deserved a treat to get you through the rough morning. While I generally don't think food should be a way of dealing with problems, it's sometimes acceptable to indulge, especially if we're facing with stressful situations. Also, wow, 34 sugar and "no sugar" added? I'm never drinking coffee again, unless I made it myself and knowing exactly what's in it
