I feel like I've hit a plateau. I've barely lost 3 pounds in the past 2-3 weeks. I know from time to time I will have this problem, but I have no desire to change my plan (less calories, harder or various workouts). I just want to keep doing what I've been doing for the first 30. I will make changes, but I just don't have the motivation to make them.
If you are losing it is not a plateau. If you don't want to change anything, you don't have to, it's all up to you what you do. Seems like it's working for, so just keep going!
As long as you are losing, it is not a plateau. Your weight loss will slow down as you lose more, but if you are still losing, then just keep going! You're doing great!
