plateau
I feel like I've hit a plateau. I've barely lost 3 pounds in the past 2-3 weeks. I know from time to time I will have this problem, but I have no desire to change my plan (less calories, harder or various workouts). I just want to keep doing what I've been doing for the first 30. I will make changes, but I just don't have the motivation to make them.

If you are losing it is not a plateau. If you don't want to change anything, you don't have to, it's all up to you what you do. Seems like it's working for, so just keep going! :)

As long as you are losing, it is not a plateau. Your weight loss will slow down as you lose more, but if you are still losing, then just keep going! You're doing great!
