Something that usually motivates me is to go up to the goal and mini goal pictures forums and browse through them.

I've must of gone through them some 20 times already, but it's no less motivating each time.

Thanks for the replies gys. My update was really to let you know I got through my sticky patch and am almost at goal!

I think i needed the little break to mentally rest before battling the last half of the weight loss.

MissD - thanks for your latest update, and congrats! I'm about where you were when you first posted this in April, and in the past 3 days seem to be wavering on that same edge of complacency..... so hearing your successful update is like being visited by the ghost of me from the future, telling me what's possible in a few more months if I stay committed and don't get distracted.
