Just keep in mind that it won't always hurt.
At my start weight, all I could do was walk. Everything hurt. I was convinced I'd never be able to properly exercise because my joint pain was nearly unbearable. Start easy and work your way up. I don't feel any abnormal pain now. I can hardly believe it!! Strength training is amazing. I feel like the muscle is helping to support all the joints, so they don't cause me pain anymore
